conditions to you which you will need to sign and return to us.Once
we have recieved the signed agreement there is a binding contract
which obliges us to provide the accommodation that you have reserved
and for you to pay for this.We are under no obligation to accept
cancellation thereafter.In the event of cancellation, no show or
curtailment of any booking we will debit your card for the total
cost of the reservation.Please note that all rooms are non-smoking
